The Martellato French star piping nozzle Ø16 mm BF318 is used with a pastry bag (sac à poche) to decorate large desserts, cakes and baked goods — in pastry sections of catering businesses, including school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes and restaurants.
The nozzle is made of 18/10 stainless steel using a seamless forming process, with no welded joints, ensuring uniform outflow of dough or cream and resistance to heavy daily use. The 16 mm outlet hole creates a large, raised French-star pattern.
