The Martellato BR331 piping nozzle has a peony, or simple-floral, shape — used to pipe petal patterns on cakes, pastries and cupcakes in pastry sections of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes and restaurants.
It is made of stainless steel with no welded joints, ensuring uniform product outflow and high strength. The 18 mm outlet creates a soft floral relief, suitable for cream and icing decoration.
