The Martellato open star piping nozzle Ø18 mm BS118 is designed for use with a pastry bag (sac à poche) in kitchens and pastry sections of catering facilities — school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes and restaurants that prepare their own cakes and desserts.
The nozzle is made of stainless steel using a seamless forming process, with no welded joints, ensuring uniform product outflow and high strength. The 18 mm outlet hole is one of the largest in the open star range (the manufacturer offers outlets from 2 to 18 mm) and creates a bold rosette-style pattern suitable for large piped borders and decorative elements on cakes.
