The Martellato BS107 open star piping nozzle, Ø7 mm, is a compact nozzle for a pastry bag (sac à poche), suitable for decorating pastries, cupcakes and baked goods in school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes and restaurants.
It is made of stainless steel using a seamless forming process, with no welded joints, ensuring uniform product outflow and high strength. The small 7 mm outlet, with distinct star points, is suitable for fine decoration and delicate cream rosettes.
