The Martellato open star piping nozzle Ø8 mm BS108 is designed for use with a pastry bag (sac à poche) in kitchens and pastry sections of catering facilities — school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes and restaurants that prepare their own baked goods and desserts.
