The Martellato open star piping nozzle Ø10 mm BS110 is used with a pastry bag (sac à poche) to decorate cakes, pastries and desserts with cream — in kitchens of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes and restaurants with in-house baking.
The nozzle is made of 18/10 stainless steel using a seamless forming process, with no welded joints, ensuring uniform cream outflow and high durability. The 10 mm outlet hole produces a raised open-star pattern suited to medium-scale decoration.
