Martellato BS112 is an open star piping nozzle with a 12 mm outlet for use with a pastry bag (sac à poche); it is used in kitchens of educational and healthcare institutions, cafes and restaurants for decorating baked goods.
The nozzle is made of stainless steel; the seamless construction with no welded joints guarantees uniform cream outflow and high nozzle strength. The 12 mm outlet hole creates a large raised open-star pattern for cake decoration.
