The Martellato open star piping nozzle Ø13 mm BS113 is designed for use with a pastry bag (sac à poche) when decorating cakes and pastries with cream — applied in kitchens of educational and healthcare catering facilities, as well as in foodservice establishments.
The body is made of 18/10 stainless steel with a seamless construction and no welded joints, ensuring uniform product outflow and resistance to load. The 13 mm outlet hole produces a larger raised star pattern compared with the smaller diameters in the range.
