The Martellato open star piping nozzle Ø14 mm BS114 is designed to create a raised star pattern on cakes, cupcakes and pastries — used in the pastry section of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes and restaurants with in-house baking.
The nozzle body is made of stainless steel using a seamless forming process, with no welded joints, providing uniform product outflow and high strength. The 14 mm outlet hole gives a bolder pattern than smaller nozzles of the same shape; the manufacturer produces this shape with outlet diameters from 2 to 18 mm.
