The Martellato BS115 open star piping nozzle, 15 mm in diameter, is used with a pastry bag (sac à poche) for decorating large cakes and pastries — in kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals, cafes and restaurants.
The nozzle is made of stainless steel using a seamless forming process, eliminating welded joints and ensuring uniform product outflow and high strength. The 15 mm outlet hole creates a large-scale open-star pattern for decorating large confectionery items.
