The Martellato open star piping nozzle Ø16 mm BS116 is used together with a pastry bag (sac à poche) to decorate pastries and cakes with cream in kitchens of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes and restaurants.
The nozzle is made of 18/10 stainless steel using a seamless method, with no welded joints, ensuring uniform cream outflow and a long service life. The 16 mm outlet hole creates a large raised open-star pattern for decorating cakes and pastries.
