The Martellato open star piping nozzle Ø17 mm BS117 is one of the largest sizes in the manufacturer's open-star range, designed for bold rosettes and borders on cakes and desserts. Used in the pastry section of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as catering establishments.
The nozzle is made of stainless steel using a seamless forming process, with no welded joints, ensuring uniform product outflow and high strength under heavy daily use. The 17 mm outlet hole falls within the 2–18 mm range in which the manufacturer produces nozzles of this shape.
