The Martellato round piping nozzle Ø11 mm BT211 is designed for use with a pastry bag (sac à poche) in kitchens and pastry sections of catering facilities — school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as coffee shops, bakeries and pastry workshops preparing baked goods and desserts of their own production.
The nozzle is made of stainless steel using a seamless forming process, with no welded joints, ensuring uniform product outflow and high strength. The 11 mm outlet hole is a mid-range size within the round nozzle line (the manufacturer offers outlets from 2 to 24 mm), suited for piping choux pastry, filling profiteroles and éclairs, and forming medium dots and lines.
