The Martellato round piping nozzle Ø2 mm BT202 is used with a pastry bag (sac à poche) to pipe thin cream lines, lettering and fine decoration in kitchens of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes and restaurants.
The nozzle is made of 18/10 stainless steel using a seamless forming process, with no welded joints, ensuring uniform cream outflow and high durability of the piece. The small 2 mm outlet hole makes it suitable for the finest decorative and calligraphic work on baked goods.
