The Martellato round piping nozzle Ø13 mm BT213 is an Italian-made nozzle for pastry bags (sac à poche), used in kitchens of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes, restaurants and pastry workshops for decorating cakes, pastries and desserts.
The nozzle is made of stainless steel using a seamless forming process, with no welded joints, ensuring uniform product outflow and high strength. The 13 mm outlet hole produces a smooth round stream, suitable for dots, borders and decorative lines.
