The Martellato round piping nozzle Ø15 mm BT215 is used to pipe medium and large decorative dots, rosettes and patterns on cakes and pastries, and to fill choux pastry items with cream. It suits pastry sections of school, kindergarten and hospital catering kitchens, as well as cafes, restaurants and bakeries.
Made of stainless steel 18/10 using a seamless forming process, with no welded joints, it ensures uniform cream outflow and high strength. The 15 mm round outlet is suited to dense, voluminous decorative elements.
