The Martellato round piping nozzle Ø22 mm BT222 is designed for use with a pastry bag (sac à poche) in kitchens of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes, restaurants and pastry workshops preparing their own baked goods and desserts.
The nozzle is made of stainless steel using a seamless forming process, with no welded joints, which ensures uniform product outflow and high strength. The 22 mm outlet hole produces a wide round flow of product, convenient for piping cream domes, fillings and decoration on larger confectionery items.
