The Martellato round piping nozzle Ø24 mm BT224 has the largest outlet diameter in Martellato's round nozzle range (from 2 to 24 mm) — used to pipe large amounts of cream, quickly fill profiteroles and éclairs, and decorate cakes with wide, voluminous dollops. It suits pastry sections of school, kindergarten and hospital catering kitchens, as well as cafes, restaurants and bakeries.
Made of stainless steel 18/10, with no welded joints, it ensures uniform product outflow and high strength. The large round outlet speeds up filling work and suits large-scale cake decoration.
