The Martellato long St. Honoré piping nozzle BX2314 is an Italian-made nozzle with a slotted outlet hole, designed for special decorative work in kitchens of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes, restaurants and pastry workshops.
Made of stainless steel using a seamless forming process, with no welded joints, it ensures uniform product outflow and high strength. The slotted outlet, 12 mm in diameter and 16 mm long, creates the characteristic wavy St. Honoré pattern for decorating cakes and pastries.
