The Martellato long St. Honoré piping nozzle Ø14×20 mm BX2315 is designed for use with a pastry bag (sac à poche) for decorating cakes, éclairs, choux pastries and other items in the pastry sections of catering facilities — school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes and restaurants.
The nozzle is made of stainless steel using a seamless forming process, with no welded joints, ensuring uniform product outflow and high strength. The elongated slotted outlet creates the characteristic ribbed «St. Honoré» pattern used for decorative finishing of pastries and desserts.
