The Martellato Dahlia Piping Nozzle Ø15 mm BX5017 is an Italian-made tool used in pastry sections of school and kindergarten kitchens, hospital catering units, as well as cafes, restaurants and bakeries for finishing cakes and desserts with cream.
Made of stainless steel with a seamless construction, it delivers an even flow of cream and greater durability. The simple floral (dahlia) shape with a 15 mm outlet creates a petal-like pattern and is used together with a pastry bag (sac à poche).
