The Martellato wide leaf piping nozzle 17×2 mm BX1105 is designed for pastry bags (sac à poche) and is used in kitchens of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes, restaurants and pastry workshops for decorating cakes and pastries with a leaf-shaped pattern.
