The Martellato Elongated Drop Piping Nozzle 18×4 mm BX1217 is an Italian-made nozzle used in pastry sections of school and kindergarten kitchens, hospital catering units, as well as cafes, restaurants and patisseries finishing cakes and pastries with cream.
