The Martellato Flex reusable pastry bag, 65 cm, FLEX 065 CM is convenient for filling pastry moulds and baskets with cream and dough in a workshop setting — used in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens as well as catering facilities.
Made of polyester fibres coated with polyurethane, the bag resists deformation when working with cream and dough and is easy to clean after use. A buttonhole allows convenient hanging and storage between shifts. Maximum operating temperature is +70°C.
