Martellato Reusable Pastry Bag FLEX 034 CM, 34 cm

The Martellato FLEX 034 CM is a compact 34 cm reusable pastry bag from the Sac à poche Flex range by the Italian confectionery equipment manufacturer Martellato. This length is convenient for precise decorating of cakes and pastries, dosing small portions of cream, filling or glaze, and working with fine piping tips in pastry sections of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as bakeries and cafes at catering facilities.

The bag is made of polyester fibres coated with polyurethane — a combination that gives the material flexibility, resistance to fat and cream, and easy cleaning after each use. It withstands temperatures up to +70 °C, so it can be washed in hot water in line with the sanitary requirements of institutional kitchens. For drying and storage the bag can be hung by a dedicated buttonhole at the top; according to the manufacturer's catalogue, the seam is welded. Unlike disposable bags, the reusable FLEX lasts for a long time with proper care, reducing consumable costs for facilities that regularly prepare baked goods and desserts in-house.
