The Martellato FLEX 046 CM is a versatile 46 cm reusable pastry bag from the Sac à poche Flex range by the Italian confectionery equipment manufacturer Martellato. It is one of the most common sizes for everyday pastry-chef work: convenient both for piping cream decorations and for filling cakes, eclairs, tartlets and other items in pastry sections of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes and bakeries at catering facilities.
The bag is made of polyester with a polyurethane coating — a material that keeps its shape and flexibility during work, resists fat and cream, and is easy to clean after use.
