The Martellato FLEX 050 CM reusable pastry bag has a length of 50 cm — a larger size from the Sac à poche Flex range by the Italian confectionery equipment manufacturer Martellato. This capacity is convenient for handling bigger portions of cream, glaze or filling at once, speeding up the decoration of large cakes and items for group catering — in pastry sections of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as cafes and catering businesses with higher baking volumes.

The bag is made of polyester fibres coated with polyurethane, giving the material flexibility, resistance to fat and cream, and easier cleaning after use.
