The Martellato Flex reusable pastry bag, 70 cm, FLEX 070 CM is the longest in the Flex range, built for handling large batches of cream and dough without frequent refilling. Suitable for pastry sections of school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and catering facilities producing baked goods and desserts in volume.
Made of polyester fibres coated with polyurethane, the bag keeps its shape during intensive work with cream and dough and is easy to clean after use. A buttonhole allows convenient hanging and storage between shifts. Maximum operating temperature is +70°C.
