The HENDI Mini-Cake Silicone Mould 677001 is a flexible non-stick mould from the Dutch brand HENDI for baking portioned mini-cakes in the pastry sections of school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as cafés and restaurants. Nine cavities let you bake matching portions in a single batch.
The mould is made of 100% non-stick silicone that withstands temperatures from −60 to +220 °C, so it can be used for baking, freezing and reheating in a microwave. Each of the nine cavities measures 80×30×33 mm — a convenient format for monoportions. The mould matches the standard GN 1/3 footprint and is dishwasher-safe.
