The HENDI 677209 is a 6-cavity mould for baking, freezing and preparing single-portion desserts in an institutional kitchen: school, kindergarten and hospital catering facilities, cafés and pastry shops. The silicone material lets the finished product release easily, without sticking or losing its shape.
The mould is made of 100% non-stick silicone that withstands temperatures from -60 to +220 °C. This allows the same mould to be used for baking in the oven, reheating in the microwave and freezing prepared portions.
