The Silikomart BUCHE/1 silicone mould (official name Maya Bûche) is designed for making portioned frozen log-shaped desserts — a practical option for festive menus in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. The set includes two surface finishes, smooth and textured, allowing variety in dessert presentation without extra equipment.
The mould is made of 100% platinum silicone that withstands temperatures from -60°C to +230°C, so it can be used both for freezing and for baking individual dessert components. The material is food contact safe, microwave safe and dishwasher safe. It is not intended for direct contact with a hotplate, induction surface or open flame, and the surface should not be cut with a knife. The set includes a plastic support tray — note that the support should not be placed in the oven, as the mould is designed specifically for making frozen desserts.
