The HENDI Tartelette 676509 is a 15-cavity silicone mould for the pastry section of catering establishments: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés, restaurants and bakeries. The 15 identical cavities let you shape uniform portioned tartelettes and desserts in seconds.
The mould is made of 100% non-stick silicone rated for −60 to +220 °C, so it works equally well for oven baking and for freezing. The GN 1/3 format fits standard kitchen equipment and racking.
