The Silikomart TEX05 Arabesque silicone mat transfers a delicate ornamental pattern onto the surface of a dessert — a decorative option for finishing cakes, cupcakes and mousse pastries when a more elaborate look is required. The mat is placed inside the mould before pouring, so the finished item comes out already patterned, with no manual decorating step.
The mat is made of 100% food-grade platinum silicone, 6 mm thick, resistant to temperatures from -60°C to +230°C, which allows it to be used both for oven baking and for freezing in a blast chiller or freezer. It is safe for food contact, suitable for microwave ovens, and easy to clean in a dishwasher.
