The Silikomart MAC03/C silicone mat is designed for baking heart-shaped macaron shells — a popular way to decorate desserts for themed occasions and events. Relief cavities on its surface give every shell the same shape, which is convenient for regular baking in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions.
Each cavity on the mat measures 38.5×35 mm, and the sheet itself is 300×400 mm. The mat is made of 100% food-grade platinum silicone rated for temperatures from -60°C to +230°C, safe for direct food contact, suitable for microwave use and dishwasher safe. It is not designed for direct contact with a stovetop or induction hob, cutting with a knife on its surface, or use over an open flame.
