The HENDI Non-stick Silicone Baking Mat 677827 is a reusable baking surface from the Dutch brand HENDI that makes baking and freezing easier in the kitchens of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, cafés and restaurants. Reusing the mat cuts spending on baking paper and mould-greasing products.
The mat is made of silicone reinforced with fibreglass (FG), with a thickness of 0.70 mm. The material withstands a wide temperature range from −40 to +250 °C, so the mat works in the oven, freezer and microwave, and is dishwasher-safe. The working surface measures 600×400 mm.
