The Silikomart FIBERGLASS3/B silicone mat is a large-format baking sheet (620×420 mm) used for lining trays and oven surfaces in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. It is suitable for baking pastry and bakery products, as well as for rolling out dough and working with sugar paste.
The base of the mat is a glass-fiber fabric with a silicone coating that withstands a temperature range from -60°C to +230°C, so the mat can be used both in the freezer and in the oven. The material is food contact safe and dishwasher safe. The mat is not intended for direct contact with a hotplate, induction surface or open flame, and its surface should not be cut with a knife.
