The Silikomart Silicopat 1 silicone baking mat is a flat non-stick sheet measuring 400x600 mm (40x60 cm), used to line baking trays before baking cookies, sponge bases, meringues or other pastry items in school, kindergarten and hospital catering kitchens. The mat's size matches a common baking tray format, so it is easy to match to the equipment already used in an institutional bakery.

The mat is made of 100% platinum silicone that withstands temperatures from -60°C to +230°C and is suitable for direct food contact. The smooth non-stick surface allows baking without added oil or baking paper, simplifying both preparation and removal of finished items, and the mat itself is microwave safe and can be washed in a dishwasher along with other kitchen equipment.
