The Silikomart TAPIS ROUL 03 silicone sheet is designed for baking thin cake layers, sponges and other items in institutional kitchens with in-house baking. The sheet is made of 100% platinum food-grade silicone and measures 325×325 mm with a 10 mm thickness.
The material withstands temperatures from -60 °C to +230 °C, making it suitable for oven baking as well as for freezing finished items. The square shape of the sheet is convenient for baking layers of the same size for later cutting or assembling desserts.
