The Silikomart TAPIS ROUL 01 silicone sheet is designed for baking sponge sheets for roulades and other thin cake layers in institutional kitchens with in-house baking. The sheet is made of 100% platinum food-grade silicone and measures 422×352 mm with an 8 mm thickness.
The material withstands temperatures from -60 °C to +230 °C, making it suitable for oven baking as well as for freezing finished sheets before rolling them into a roulade. The smooth, seamless working surface helps bake a thin layer of batter evenly and makes it easier to lift the finished sheet.

This silicone sheet is convenient for kitchens at schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions for baking sponge layers for roulades as well as thin cake layers. The flexible material makes it easy to lift the finished sheet without damaging the edges.
The sheet should not be cut with a knife on its working surface or used in direct contact with a hot plate or open flame — staying within the stated temperature range extends the product's service life.
