The Silikomart SF039/C silicone mould is made by an Italian manufacturer for preparing elongated, boat-shaped portioned dishes. It has 9 cavities measuring 100×44 mm and 15 mm deep, each with a volume of 40 ml, for a total mould volume of 360 ml. This format works well for baking, freezing or jellying medium-size dishes — from casseroles and desserts to cold appetizers for banquet menus in institutional kitchens.
The mould is made of 100% food-grade platinum silicone and is rated for a temperature range from -60°C to +230°C, so it suits both the freezer and the oven. Finished pieces release easily from the flexible cavities, and the mould can be washed in a dishwasher and used in a microwave.
