The Silikomart SQ024/YL 'Up & Down' silicone mould is designed for shaping large batches of portioned desserts and baked goods in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. It belongs to the manufacturer's professional line and is made of food-grade platinum silicone.
The mould has 24 cavities measuring 117×32 mm and 33 mm high, each with a 99 ml capacity, allowing up to 24 identical portions to be produced in a single cycle. Its working temperature range of -60°C to +230°C lets it go straight from a blast freezer or chiller into the oven; the mould is also microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe.
