The Silikomart SQ028/YL 'Surf' mould is a multi-cavity silicone module from the manufacturer's professional line, used for baking or freezing portioned desserts in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. The mould is made of food-grade platinum silicone.
It has 24 cavities measuring 118×33 mm and 36 mm high, each with a 100 ml capacity. The working temperature range is -60°C to +230°C, so the same mould can go from the freezer straight into the oven. The mould is microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe.
