The Silikomart SF041/C silicone mould is designed for preparing portioned dishes in a half-egg shape — an original way to present cold appetizers, desserts or baked dishes for a festive or themed table in institutional kitchens. The mould has 5 cavities measuring 102×73 mm and 36 mm deep, each with a volume of 130 ml, for a total mould volume of 650 ml.
Made of 100% food-grade platinum silicone, the mould suits both cold preparations and baking, with an operating temperature range from -60°C to +230°C. The finished piece releases easily from the flexible cavity, and the mould can be washed in a dishwasher and used in a microwave.
