The Silikomart SF029/C silicone mould is used for baking fiorentine — thin, round pastry pieces — in the pastry section of school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens.
The mould has 8 cavities, Ø60 mm by 12 mm high, 35 ml each, for a total volume of 280 ml. Made of 100% platinum food-grade silicone rated from -60°C to +230°C, it suits both freezing preparations and oven baking. The material is safe for direct food contact, dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
