The Silikomart SF030/C silicone mould is made by an Italian manufacturer of professional kitchen equipment and is designed for preparing small portioned dishes and round desserts. The mould has 24 cavities, each 35 mm in diameter and 5 mm deep, allowing a whole batch of identically sized portions to be produced in a single cycle — convenient for institutional kitchens that need large quantities of standard-size portions every day.
The mould is made of 100% food-grade platinum silicone and is rated for a wide temperature range, from -60°C to +230°C, meaning it can be used both for freezing preparations and for baking in an oven.
