The Silikomart SQ029/YL silicone disc mould is used for shaping round cake layers, inserts and desserts in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens where a consistent shape is needed across a large batch of identical items. It is made of food-grade platinum silicone.
The mould has 12 cavities, 120 mm in diameter and 22 mm high, each with a 120 ml capacity. The working temperature range of -60°C to +230°C allows the item to move straight from the freezer into the oven. The mould is microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe.
