The Silikomart SQ009/YL silicone muffin mould is designed for baking portioned pastries in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other institutions that prepare large batches of identical items. The mould has 24 cavities, each 69 mm in diameter and 39 mm deep with a 122 ml volume, allowing two dozen muffins or cupcakes to be baked in a single cycle.
The platinum silicone withstands temperatures from -60°C to +230°C, so the mould can be used for freezing preparations as well as for baking in an oven. The material is safe for food contact, microwave safe and dishwasher safe. The manufacturer advises against cutting food directly on the mould's surface with a knife, using it over an open flame, or placing it in direct contact with a hotplate or induction surface.
