The Silikomart SQ031 Tart silicone mould is designed for baking open tarts and cake bases in school, kindergarten, hospital and other institutional kitchens that prepare baked goods in large batches. It is made of food-grade platinum silicone.
The mould has 6 cavities, 165 mm in diameter and 39 mm high, each with a 613 ml capacity — a size suited to a full-size tart or cake base. The working temperature range is -60°C to +230°C, the mould is microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe.
