The Silikomart SF013/C silicone mould is designed for baking and shaping single-portion tartelettes in the pastry or prep section of a school, kindergarten or hospital kitchen. Part of the Classic range, it produces uniform-sized pieces for batch cooking, which is useful for institutional menus with fixed portion counts.
Each cavity measures Ø45 mm by 10 mm high with a 12 ml capacity; the mould's total volume is 300 ml. It is made of 100% platinum food-grade silicone rated from -60°C to +230°C, so preparations can be frozen and then baked in the oven in the same mould. The silicone is safe for direct food contact, dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
