The Silikomart SF016/C silicone mould bakes six portioned tartelettes at a time and is used in the pastry section of school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. Its larger cavity diameter compared to smaller models in the range suits richer fillings and decoration.
Each cavity is Ø70 mm by 20 mm high, with a 70 ml capacity (6×70 ml), and the mould's total volume is 420 ml. Made of 100% platinum food-grade silicone rated from -60°C to +230°C, it can be used for freezing preparations as well as oven baking. The material is safe for direct food contact, dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
